Because not only does she invite them up to sit with her while she reads, but then she leaves her bedding on the floor where it makes an excellent place to pile. All they need is people to fan them and feed them grapes, and they’d be all set!

my dogs do this ON the bed
I woke up to Sedona sharing a pillow with me this morning 
She says they are right where they aught to be… snuggeld up in the pillows and blankeys

My dog’s think their ‘grandma’ is the greatest too. I guess kids or dog kids, grandparents are bound to spoil them! And who would make those comfy babies move!?!
